My patio is 15’x33’.I wasn’t sure exactly where to start. I didn’t know anything about stamped and colored concrete.All i knew was, that I wanted to do my own forming and site work. I called a couple contractors, they were only interested if they did the whole job. Citing they couldn’t guarantee/warranty if they didn’t.I called NW Concrete and talked with Miles. Wealth of knowledge and information. I knew from the phone call who I would be using.Miles came out to my house to give me a quote. At that time he gave me tips and pointers on how the site work should be done. Never tried to upsell me for things that I could do myself.A few days before the pour. Miles called and asked if I was ready. I thought so. But, still had a couple of questions. Miles answered them and we were ready.Day of the pour. Everyone arrived on time. They were fast and efficient. Knew what they were doing. Miles came back a day later to pressure wash the stain residue and the returned a day later to seal the concrete.I liked the work so much that I even gave their name to a couple of property owners in need of concrete work.We are extremely pleased!!!

Absolutely amazing above and beyond work! Miles and his crew were so great to work with that it made the project go extremely smooth. Miles communicated well and answered any questions my husband and I had. I couldn’t be happier with our beautiful driveway area and cement steps. Gorgeous work 😁

I hired NW Concrete Design this summer to do a large project in my backyard, a patio extension and two walk ways to match my current concrete. I cannot say enough amazing things about Miles and his crew. The job turned out beyond our expectations! Amazing!Miles and his team were so easy to work with and even went above and beyond making some changes/additions while working on the job.I also appreciated that they were always on time and ready when they said they would be here. After the project they did a great job cleaning up and leaving my property better than it was before.Thanks NW Concrete Design! Any future work I have you will be the first on my list to call!

We had an addition added to our existing patio, we could not be more pleased with the work Miles, Carl and Carl Jr completed. It was very refreshing to have a contractor show up when they said they would and do exactly what they said they would do, Miles was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns, they were professionals from start to finish. Miles was also very informative regarding the care and maintenance of our new patio. Carl, and his crew at NWCD did a great job updating our front entry and sidewalks.His team helped us alter our original design to make it better than we had first planned.We were concerned about our cedar siding being damaged during the pour but they did a great job protecting the house.There were a couple spots that needed touched up right next to the house (not their fault as the protective plastic sheeting for our siding hid a spot or two). Carl sent out one of his guys to touch it up and he didn't leave until we were totally happy.I'd definitely recommend them to any one and wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future concrete work.

Had our driveway and patio replaced and expanded. Miles and his crew were on time, very friendly and accommodating with our needs. The work they did surpassed our expectations. I hired Miles after seeing the exceptional job he did on my neighbor's stamped driveway. My job was significantly simpler but I knew I wanted a stamped surface, which is his speciality. Miles and his crew did not disappoint. They arrived on time the first day, built the form, came back promptly the next day for the pour and wrapped everything up on the third. Concrete is a messy business but these guys went out of their way to clean up their mess each day and even pressure washed my house when they were done to ensure it was exactly as it was when they arrived, perhaps even cleaner. Each member of Miles' team was friendly, professional and courteous. And as far as the end result? What can I say, perfection. My job wasn't a difficult pour, but stamping is an art and you definitely want someone with a lot of experience and attention to detail to do it. Look at the end result and try to believe that is one day old concrete. Pretty amazing.

A previous owner had replaced the front sidewalk with flat stones that lost their level years ago and were especially hazardous to visitors. After two years of cautious walking we wanted a nice smooth, wide sidewalk with a handrail to improve front door access, especially for older visitors. Carl and his team had just completed some nice work at a house down the street so we called for an estimate. He ended up designing and building our new sidewalk and one for a neighbor a few houses away! Good builders are had to find and very busy these days and it took a little while to schedule, but we couldn't be more pleased with the results. They are a very courteous and clean crew and pick up the job site after forming and pouring are completed. The sidewalk fits the house, is wide and smooth, and enhances the front entrance and street view. About a month later the hand railing was installed, custom designed to my wife's specifications. We highly recommend Northwest Concrete and will be using them for future projects!

NWCD was an amazing partner in the build of our new house! Due to no fault of theirs, we ran into some major difficulties on concrete form day. They worked with me that morning to develop an alternate plan on the spot and were able to do an extremely good job under unexpected pressure. I appreciated the honesty and straightforward communication that the issues that came up could significantly change the plan. They explained the issues in a way I could understand and treated me like a partner to solve a problem rather than the problem itself. My alterations to the plan led to less material needed and they were able to work with me on a very reasonable reduction to the contracted cost, even though they showed up that day in force to get a larger job done. I'll be recommending them in the future. Carl and his crew were fantastic! Thank you guys!!

In all my dealings with contractors through the years, my experience with the crew at Northwest Concrete Design stand out. Prompt and accurate communication, friendly crew, hard working and detail oriented. Carl and his crew are top notch. They completed an addition of exposed aggregate to our patio and sidewalk joining two existing concrete patios. The work was fully completed in two days and their clean-up was exceptional. Would highly recommend this company.

I needed an 1800 sq ft concrete driveway apron in front of my newly constructed outbuilding double garage/RV garage/storage. I contacted Carl George at NW Concrete Design LLC. Carl met me on the site within a few days. Carl was very knowledgeable and experienced. He suggested a 5” slab with rebar reinforcement using a 3500 psi concrete mix and a light broom finish. The job was completed within 3 weeks and appears perfect. The job site was left perfectly graded and clean. I highly recommend NW Concrete Design LLC.

My experience with NW Concrete Design LLC was by far the most remarkable experience I had when dealing with construction. I had a rather large retaining wall that needed to be built due to my land sliding. I was discouraged from lack of knowledge from contractors on how to build the retaining wall and pricing from other quotes. I happened across NW Concrete Design LLC and as a last glimpse of hope I called for a quote. Miles scheduled me in for the next day. Upon Miles arrival he was professional and punctual. When discussing the plan for the wall he (with confidence) knew exactly what needed to be done to protect the land from sliding more. He also listen and created a plan for final touches to the area. For the 1st time through this process I felt no stress or anxiety. I had the quote by the next day and was amazingly happy with the price. I scheduled the work to be completed through them. Miles and crew were always punctual, professional and polite. They completed the wall in the time frame they specified. I never had to wonder what was going on with the project or question if anyone would show up. Any questions which were just a few, Miles always made sure to answer them right away. Miles always communicated the next steps in the process and provided daily updates. If I have future concrete projects needing to be done I will definitely use them again. I would recommend NW Concrete Design LLC to anybody, but if you are a woman who is nervous when dealing with contractors I'm telling you you will not go wrong by choosing NW Concrete Design LLC.

Our experience with Miles and Carl was nothing less than amazing. From the start they were quick, courteous professional and timely. There quote was fair, Miles did a great job on advising on style and color to compliment our existing deck color. Despite the fact that the ground was much harder than anticipated they worked late to stay on schedule and finished on time. The icing on the cake was the day before our swim spa arrived when we had learned, at 4:30 on a Friday that we were responsible for unloading and placing our own swim spa. Miles came through again and helped me coordinate the rental of the equipment I needed to successfully complete this task. Although a bit unnervingly I was successful and getting the swim spa in place. Needless to say an awesome experience that helped bring this view to life. I will definitely use them for any future concrete needs and would absolutely recommend them for your next project!
